Information Collected

Information reaches this site in two ways. Some is entered directly on a form, and some is gathered automatically by the software that serves the pages.

• Details typed into the contact form, being name, email address, subject and the body of a message.
• Technical information logged by the server, such as browser type, device type, approximate region and the pages requested.
• Preferences held so a saved reading list can be shown again on a later visit.

How Information Is Used

Information collected here is used to run the site and to answer what gets asked through it. It is not used to build advertising profiles or sold onward in any form.

• Creating an account and keeping a saved reading list attached to it.
• Replying to a question submitted through the contact form.
• Sending account and inquiry related messages where consent has been given.
• Sending promotional messages about coverage topics, but only where that separate consent has been given.

Text Message and Phone Consent

Replying STOP to any message ends that stream of messages. Replying HELP returns support information. Consent can also be withdrawn by writing to the address listed further down this page.
